Digital studio management for North America Nike+ Membership
Although Nike+ Membership was launched well before my time at Nike, my tenure there was during a very exciting time. While I oversaw the digital studio for North America Nike+ Membership content, we integrated several exciting initiatives into app, site and email content including Member Exclusives, Member Unlocks, Reserved for You, Experts on Demand and Membership Events from NY to LA. We also tested for keyword and emoji usage in push notifications that most resonated with our audiences and delivered clicks. When membership benefits were integrated into the Swoosh's PDP experience, we were tapped to introduce our content and messaging learnings.
