Dream Job: El Reportero was a contest for ESPN Deportes. With applicants from all over the world, we held a huge casting and promotional event at Regal LA Live in downtown Los Angeles, selected our finalists, trained them and sent them on challenges to prove their sports reporting chops. After 10 weeks, one lucky finalist, Diego Arrioja, earned a spot to travel to World Cup in Rio de Janeiro as ESPN Deportes' social media reporter.
